Roffe Wikström is one of Sweden’s most influential blues artists, active since the late 1960s. Starting out with Slims Blues Gang, he played a key role in introducing and shaping blues music in Sweden, both as a musical style and as a vehicle for social commentary. Since the 1970s, he has released around thirty albums, sold hundreds of thousands of records and performed thousands of concerts across the Nordic region and beyond. With Swedish-language lyrics and a distinctive guitar style, he remains a significant voice within the genre.
