The fifth concert in the Poste Restante series brings together poetry and chamber music in an atmospheric programme. Acclaimed actress Stina Ekblad reads poetry alongside performances by artist-in-residence Torleif Thedéen and pianist Roland Pöntinen. The programme spans several musical eras, from the Baroque to the Romantic period, featuring works by composers including Johann Sebastian Bach, Franz Schubert, Clara Schumann, Ludwig van Beethoven and Sergei Rachmaninoff. A pre-concert introduction is offered before the performance.
