Spend an autumn day at Salsta Castle with a seasonal market, harvest celebrations and choral music. From 11 AM to 3 PM, the castle courtyard hosts an autumn market, inviting visitors to explore the stalls in the historic surroundings.
At 3 PM, Uppsala Vokalensemble rounds off the market day with a concert inside the castle. The programme brings together madrigals from different eras, Estonian wedding music and contemporary Swedish choral works, featuring music by composers including Claudio Monteverdi, John Dowland, Veljo Tormis and Agneta Sköld.
