Wilmer X returns with new music and a summer tour in 2026. The iconic Swedish rock band from Malmö releases the album Popmonster before heading out on tour, including a stop at Parksnäckan. Since forming in the late 1970s, Wilmer X has become one of Sweden’s most influential rock bands, blending rock, rockabilly, blues and pop. Band members Nisse Hellberg, Thomas Holst, Janne Lindén, Jalle Lorensson and Sticky Bomb continue to attract audiences across generations. The concert will feature both new material and well-known songs from the band’s extensive catalogue.
Parksnäckan has been Uppsala’s summer scene for over 50 years – in the middle of the flourishing City Garden you can experience a wonderful mix of international superstars, local artists and children’s events.
