In the summer you can have coffee in the cosy castle café and in the autumn you are offered ghost walks where you can learn about tales with supernatural elements. If you are in Uppsala around Christmas, we also recommend a visit to Salsta Castle’s traditional Christmas market where about thirty vendors sell nice and tasty things.
Salsta Café
At Salsta Slottskafé you can have coffee and light lunches. All coffee is organic. Salsta Slottskafé is open Wednesday – Sunday at 11-16.
Hiking
The scenic Salstaleden (8 km) stretches from Vattholma station to Skyttorps station.
