Flustret

Flustret is a true Uppsala entertainment institution – locals and visitors have been coming here to enjoy themselves since the 19th century. Inside the distinctive yellow building by Stadsträdgården and Svandammen, you’ll find several dance floors and an eclectic mix of music, from contemporary hits and house to reggaeton, Swedish schlager and old favourites. During the summer months, the large, leafy outdoor terrace is another major draw. Keep an eye out for themed parties, concerts and special events – especially around Walpurgis.

Birgerjarl

Birgerjarl, or BJ as the club is commonly known, is a classic on Uppsala’s nightlife scene. Dancing, DJs and partying take centre stage here, with club nights and events varying throughout the year. In summer, part of the party moves outside to the spacious terrace and garden – perfect for drinks under the open sky. The programme also features special nights and concepts such as Soul Train.

Shotluckan

Nightshift på Plock + KKB

When the weekend arrives, neighbouring restaurants Plock and Kött Kök & Bar transform into Nightshift. The wall between the two venues opens up, creating one large party space with three bars, a DJ and a variety of music styles. The Melody Club

Katalin and all that jazz
