With her debut album Missaoui (2022), Cleo established herself as one of Sweden’s most vital voices in hip hop. The critically acclaimed release reflects a lifetime dedicated to the culture, shaped by experience, integrity and contemporary women’s history. In close collaboration with producer Academics, she continues to push the boundaries of Swedish hip hop, moving between introspective storytelling and vibrant, dance-driven tracks, as heard on the recent EP Vännäs Beach. On stage, Cleo is known for her powerful presence, creating concerts that are intense, engaging and emotionally charged.
