Within walking distance of the centre of Uppsala you will find Fyrishov, Sweden’s most visited arena with swimming pools, a water park and sports and event halls. Some 300 events of various kinds such as conferences, conventions, trade fairs, concerts, festivals and sporting events are held here every year. They have a lot of experience and are happy to help with your planning. The largest facility accommodates 3,700 people and the smallest is just right for 4-6 people. Technical equipment and furnishings are tailored to needs and preferences. The largest contiguous area is all of 4,000 square metres and one floor down there are an additional 2,000 square metres. Meals are served in their restaurant or in direct conjunction with the meeting, always fully licensed.
Its proximity to Uppsala travel centre and Arlanda airport makes it easy to get here. Uppsala has the range of culture and shopping of a big city combined with the short distances of a small town. Fyrishov has its own carpark. There are holiday cabins on the site and several hotels nearby. Several local buses also stop here and there are frequent services.
