Inside the Market Hall you’ll find Jay Fu’s, a vibrant steakhouse blending American and Asian influences – one of Uppsala’s most popular restaurants. Its sister restaurant, Sushi Fu, serves creative crossover sushi. Bar & Café is a beer and wine café where you can enjoy a cappuccino in the morning, hearty Swedish fare for lunch, or perhaps a pizza and a glass of sparkling wine in the afternoon.
During the warmer months, you can have lunch, dinner, or a drink by the river at Restaurant Åkanten. During theholidays, the summer terrace transforms into a cozy winter garden serving a traditional Swedish holiday buffet featuring specialties from the Market Hall.

The Event Venue “Hyllan”
On the upper floor of the Market Hall is Hyllan, an elegant event venue where original architectural details meet modern design and technology. The space can be rented for private celebrations and corporate events, and also hosts special happenings throughout the year – from nightclub evenings to seafood weekends.
