Groundbreaking

Three cultural experiences that challenge the norm and offer you new perspectives.

1. Queer Regina

At Reginateatern in Uppsala, there’s a focus on queer performing arts, featuring a variety of thought-provoking and joyful productions centered around LGBTQ+ themes.

2. Otherworldly

More than just a festival, Otherworldly is a speculative vision of the future expressed through art and music. The event is led by artist and initiator Peder Bjurman, along with musician and composer Christian Hutchinson Berg.

3. Create Yourself

Culture is for everyone! Both Bror Hjort’s House and Uppsala Art Museum invite visitors to get involved and create, using various techniques. At Bror Hjort’s House, workshops are held in the basement with guest artists, while at the art museum, DJ booths and easels are set up, letting creativity flow during their Art Nights.
