From June 27 to July 4, Sundbro Airfield will host Sweden’s national gliding championship in three classes: Open, Racing, and Club. Running in parallel is the Uppsala Master, an international contest attracting top pilots from across Europe. Each day features a speed task flown across central Sweden, with the finish line at Sundbro. Around 40–50 gliders are expected to compete. Launches take place around 11–12 daily, with returns to Sundbro in the afternoon.
