Two voices and two string instruments come together in a concert where the power of folk music is reimagined. With their album Trä & Tagel, Anna Rubinsztein and Anna Karlsson continue to explore the folk music traditions of Värmland through a sound that is both raw and poetic. Using viola d’amore, moraharpa and bowed harp, they create rich sonic landscapes where body, material and movement interact. The music carries memory while remaining firmly rooted in the present, offering a deeply personal approach to living tradition. The concert takes place in the Vasasalen at Uppsala Art Museum.
