Allmänna Sången presents its 173rd annual spring concert in the Aula of the University Main Building in Uppsala. Together with the Uppsala Wind Symphony Orchestra, the choir performs a festive programme featuring traditional Swedish spring songs and arrangements for choir and wind orchestra by composers including Hugo Alfvén and Lili Boulanger, as well as French choral pieces. After the concert, the long-standing “stair procession” tradition will take place, followed by a short programme of spring songs outside the University Building.
