Carnival of Cultures at Forumtorget
Kulturernas Karneval is a vibrant celebration of diversity, culture and community in the heart of Uppsala. On Sweden’s National Day, Forumtorget comes alive with music, dance and stage performances from around the world. The highlight of the day is the colourful carnival parade, featuring hundreds of dancers, musicians and cultural associations in a festive procession through central Uppsala. This year also marks the carnival’s 18th anniversary, celebrated under the theme “Mother Svea’s Diversity”.
