The herring lunch (Sillunchen) is an annual highlight during the celebration of Walpurgis Night and the last day of April. The generous smorgasbord of herring is filled with many varieties of herring and all the classic accompaniments, but it also features salads and cold cuts. Communal tables, delicious treats, and spring songs make the last day of April a festive occasion at UKK!
