Do you need some help during your visit? Our InfoPoints are located all around town so you can easily receive help wherever you are. InfoPoints are more basic, staffed tourist information points linked to Uppsala Tourist Information. They offer maps and brochures, answer questions and give tips on current events, sights and activities in Uppsala.

Open: Monday–Friday: 10.00 a.m.–4.00 p.m.

Closed between June 21 and August 4 . During this period, the ticket office can be reached by phone between 10.00 and 2.00 p.m on the following dates June 25-28, July 2-5, August 1-2.
