The meeting rooms at Studenternas have a fantastic view of the , since 2020, new football arena. You are also close to the City Garden, the river promenade and the city forest if you want to take the discussions out into the fresh air.
The meeting rooms are bright and adjustable. They are equipped with modern digital equipment so that you can share your presentations in the best way possible.
Perfect for break-out sessions in smaller groups, as well as gatherings in larger ones. Combine your booking with larger rooms, group rooms and common areas for collaboration. All meeting rooms and group rooms are equipped with a digital screen, digital smartboard or projector. There is access to flipcharts / whiteboards as well as pads and pens.
The large VIP room has a capacity for up to 350 people seated and 700 mingling, and can be divided with two folding walls to a large hall and two conference rooms with space for up to about 50-60 people in each room.
Meeting rooms are available in different sizes from 2 up to 40 people.
Access to terrace. Lounge area and bar counter. Foyer with space for e.g. mingling or trade fair exhibitors. Six smaller meeting rooms (lodge 1-6) with access to a balcony with stands. These rooms can accommodate 10 people in each, the meeting rooms can also be made larger if you open up folding walls. Two rooms can turn into one, with room for 20 people. Four rooms can turned into one, hosting 40 people; alternatively two rooms for 20 people each; alternatively two rooms with 30 in one and 10 in the other.
