At the top of Saluhallen with a view of Fyris river and Kvarnfallet is Jay Fu, an American steakhouse with strong Asian influences. Here, hearty meat dishes from the grill are served, mixed with Asian specialties and taste experiences.
The inspiration is Kung-Fu master, stuntman and restaurateur Jay Fu and his American Asian steakhouse, which flourished in the California desert in the 1960s and 70s.
