We offer organizers the opportunity to join our volunteer database. Among other things, the database enables organizers to share volunteers between different meetings and events.
Mobilise is a volunteer management system that helps you recruit, plan staffing, and communicate with the right volunteer at the right time. The system also offers a reporting package that gives you precise insight into how much time is spent on each task.

Access to and use of the system costs SEK 5,000 per year (excl. VAT). Any training costs and SMS traffic are additional.
Each year, we offer connected volunteers various training courses such as first aid, hospitality, etc. These are determined in consultation with the organizers who use the system and based on identified needs. Interested in learning more? Get in touch at uppsalacvb@uppsala.se.
