Since 1995, Uppsala Art Museum has been housed in Uppsala Castle and is managed by Uppsala municipality. You can visit a variety of art exhibitions over three floors in the castle. The exhibitions represent various eras and themes that reflect developments both of our age and in the history of art locally, nationally and internationally.

Whether coming with your family, as a member of a club or as an individual member of the public you will find a plentiful selection of tours, lectures, workshops, family and holiday activities to choose from. There is also a museum shop.

We recommend a visit to Museum Bar & café who offers a varied menu of light meals, open sandwiches, afternoon tea and coffee and cakes.
